Collaborating with Partner Agencies for a Greater Impact

  • United Regional Health Care System (URHS)

We work with the Social Work and Care Coordination department to provide discharge options for patients that are too sick for the streets and not sick enough to remain hospitalized. We also work with the Transition Clinic to identify and refer at-risk clients. We began a new venture in June 2019 partnering with URHS and the Transition Clinic. Doctors and other staff from the two organizations staff a clinic at Faith Mission on Tuesday mornings.

  • Helen Farabee Centers

  • Homeless Coalition of North Texas

We are a member of the Homeless Coalition of North Texas which is the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) – Continuum of Care (CoC) for the 16 North Texas counties that receive government funding for homeless services.
